Yoga is one among hundreds of yogam. Yoga means Union, the name represents some Principles, Postures and Breathing Techniques. There are four main yogams in this branch of YOGA: 1. Rajayogam,   2. Karmayogam,   3. Bhakthiyogam and   4. Njyanayogam. Main yogams consist too many branches some of them are Kundaleeni Yogam, Dhyanayogam, Thantrayogam, Mantrayogam, Swarayogam, Japayogamm etc. But all are connected each other and difficult to understand one by one.
 
     
 
Approximate 10,000 years ago the sages called SADYAYAS began the research of YOGAM they were wondered about the power of the Mind and were trying to find a way to control the Mind. In a way there is a similarity between the Mind and God. It enriched the Indian THEOLOGY. The VEDAS are derived from it and they were hard working to give perfection to all people in the world. It cause to the beginning of Yogams, ( Yoga, Ayurveda, Astrology (Jyothisham), Palmistry, Marmayogam and many more).But all those things were defined by SADHYAYAS taken
 
 
 
down into secret codes. Only very wise men can understand that.It was a reason to stop the publicity of these branches. Later the Great Sage Sri Sri. Padanjali Mahirshi who give more translations and explanations about Yoga, Ayurveda, Jothisha (Astrology) Sanskrit Grammer and many more during his short lifespan.
 
     
 
 
The techniques which are given by Pathanjali helped these branches to get more publicity and to be in the reach of the common man. But this Astamga yoga is only an introduction to the ultimate level of yoga. The principles were given by Sadhyayas and are very difficult and tough. The great sage Sri Pathanjali gave a wonderful explanation about the principles of yoga. Later the briefed and interesting ones became the main tradition of it called Ashtamga Yoga.
 
     
 

Yoga is not only a group of principles and exercises. It is a lifestyle with precious principles which helps us to understand life and its purpose. It lead us to complete self decipline. We arrange yoga classes according to the principles that were defined by the Great sage Sri Pathanjali Maharshi. The thanks goes to God in the name of Sri Pathanjali:

 
     
 
“Yoge na chithasya; pathe na vacha ;
malam saree rasya, cha vaidya kena;
yogapa roktham pravaram muneenam pathamjalim
pram jalirana thosmi
