The journey of our life starts here. At first the Mind travel to our soul, after understanding the relation in between Mind and Soul next step starts here; journey to God the long and hard (difficult) experience we get. According to Veedas and myth the difficulties are explained like Yagam. The man who complete 100 Yagams can find the way to heaven here the devotional activites (Bhakthi Yogam) can start; those who travel and identify the way can go to salvation.

The word 'Dhyana' represents meditation. The word meditation, is made up of two Latin words: meditari (to think, to exercise the mind) and mederi (to heal). Who gets the full results of meditation can heal others mind (able to delete the worries and problems in others mind).

This is a floating technique for mind to make it lit. Meditaion is the fuel for all activities in the higher level of yoga and releated branches. Meditation is the seventh one in Ashtamga Yoga.

Vipassana meditation is an introduction to meditation which help us to bring back our mind for a long time in a particular chakra of our body.

We use simple and comfortable postures at calm and quite place and bring back our mind by the use of some particular words.

Hadoyogam
     
 

The advanced techniques consist of postures and cleaning methods. Without a perfect teacher nobody can attain the results. The hard postures help to develop the confidence and provide the capacity to bear and awake the power of Kundaleeni in the body.

The person who attains Hadoyogam will be able to sit or stand in a particular posture for an undetermined period of time and to visualize the chakras with their color, not only by imagination but also with the naked eye. From the end of Hadoyogam we can start Rajayogam. You can practice Hadoyogam until the middle of Rajayogam. It continues with the Kundaleeni techniques.

This branch of yoa does’t has any relation with spiritual activities. it consist only hard postures and hard techniques. Make the person confident and more flexible. The book Hadapradeepika is the one and only book about Hadayogam by swami Swalmaraman recently.
