Njyanayogam as it is mentioned knowledge comes from the heaven. The knowledge which we get from this part is very few when it compared with God. The ultimate knowledge that a man can earn in his life is a few when it compared with God. Twice or thrice may we get though is not possible to explain to others because language and words are not able to convey it. In this branch we use different type of mudras (gesture)to stable the mind.

May be in this stage we reach around 70 if we practice yoga from ten or fifteen years old. Though it is very nice. For a person who wishes normal life he needs only Ashtamgayogam or he can go up to hadayogam.
